Joseph Bowker to Ephraim Clark

--- of a Mortgage from Joseph Bowker of Mount Holly in the County of Burlington 
& state of New Jersey to Ephraim Clark of the city of Philadelphia in the state 
of Pennsylvania dated the eleventh day of March in the year of our Lord one 
thousand eight hundred & fifteen --- the payment of one hundred & thirty six 
dollars lawful money of the United States in one year with interest for the same 
all that certain dwelling house and lot of land situate in Mount Holly aforesaid 
bounded as follows viz Beginning at a post in High Street corner to a lot of 
land John Budd formerly bought of the Executors of Joseph Butterworth thence 
bounded by the same south 86 - - the --- of the house in the line 150 links to a 
post in the line of land formerly Joseph Butterworths N one degree 22 feet --- 
to a post in the corner to a lot late John Justices now Margaret --- thence --- 
--- -- the north side of the house in the line --- links to post in High Street 
& fence thence at a --- to the place of Beginning be the --- more or less and 
the same lot which the said Joseph purchased of the said Ephraim by deed dated 
the eleventh day of March AD 1815 Together &c
