DIED.-At New-Mills, Burlington co. on Wednesday the 20th September, Rev. Isaac 
Carlisle, a zealous Minister of the Gospel of the denomination of the 
Baptists.  For a number of years he had held the commissions of judge and 
justice, and executed them with independence and impartiality.  He was a warm 
friend to his country, and to its Republican Institutions.
