I d order and direct that all my just debts and funeral be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently can be after my decease. Item 2: All that lot of land where I now reside with the dwelling house and other building and Improvements therein situate on the southerly side of Main Street in Tuckerton in the county of Burlington and state of New Jersey of which I became seized by deed from Ebenezer Tucker bearing date the twenty eighth day of April AD one thousand eight hundred and forty two and recorded in book (unreadable, maybe 6.4 or C.4) of deeds page 487 & in clerks office at Mount Holly. I do give and devise unto my two daughters Elizabeth G. Page and Georgiana C. Page to have hold use and enjoy for and during their natural lives and to the surviving them forward during her natural life and after the death of the survivor of my said daughters, I do give and devise the same to the lawful issue of my said daughters the issues each to take their mothers share and if only one leave issue such issue to take the whole and in case of the death of any such children leaving lawful issue such issue to take parents share equally between them if more than one but in case both of my said daughters should die without lawful issue or any descendant of such issue these I do give and devise the same to my son Richard H. Page or in case of his death to his heirs at law. Item 3. I do give and bequeath unto my son Richard H. Page all my silverware which I got by his mother and which is marked with the letters E S B to (unreadable) his heirs and assigns which with the Real Estate I have given and conveyed to him I consider to be her share of my estate. Item 4: I do give and bequeath unto my son William A. Page the sum of three hundred dollars to be deemed payable at the expiration of one year after my decease and it is my will I do order and direct that whatever account I may have at the time of my decease charged against him on my books of account shall be nul and void against him. Item 5: All the rest residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed whatsoever and wheresoever situate I do give devise and bequeath unto my two daughters Elizabeth G Page and Georgiana C Page share and share alike to (unreadable) their heirs and assigns. Lastly – I do nominate constitute and appoint my friend John R (unreadable could be Stuck,Stach) Executor of this my will hereby revoking and annulling all former and other wills by me made and declaring this will this only t be my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this twenty-fifth day of November AD one thousand eight hundred and seventy-four.
