And my body to be Buried in a decent manner with at the discretion of my Executors hereafter Named, Secondly I give and bequeath unto my Son James Barber during his Natural Life and after his Decease to his son Joseph Barber his heirs and assigns forever Lot No. 1 in the enclosed map bounded by the Old York Road and John Deacon's Land and Lot No. 2 thereby I give and bequeath unto my Son John Barber his Heirs and assigns forever Lot No. 2 where on the House stands in which I now reside with the appurtenances thereunto belonging and bounded as follows: by the Old York Road Lots No. 3,4, & 5 and Deacons Land fourthly I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary Nigly during her natural life and after her decease to the Children of her body forever Lot No 3 in the aforesaid map and bounded as follows - by Lots No. 2 and 4, Deacon's land and by a Lane commonly called Pudding Lane on Old --- Street Fifthly I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Margaret George her Heirs and assigns forever Lot No 4 in the aforesaid map and Bounded as follow by Lots No. 2,3 & 5 and the Lane or Street aforesaid Sixthly I give and bequeath unto y Son Henry Barber during his natural Life and after his Decease to His Children forever Lot No. 5 and bounded as follows by Lot No. 2 & 4 and Deacons Land and Lane or Street aforesaid it is my Will and intention that Lot No. 4 & 5 be equally divided so that the whole of the House shall belong to Lot no 5 but is near the partion line as possible Lastly I constitute and appoint my son John Barber and my daughter Mary Nigly to be Executors to this my last Will and Testament in Witness whereof I have set my hand and Seal this twenty third day of November in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ten 1810 Joseph Barber Signed Sealed and Declared as his last Will & Testament in the Presence of John How Thos Fenimore Jur. Jesse Wright I Joseph Barber make this Codicil to the annexed will. that is to say I give and bequeath unto my son James Barber all my Carpenters Tools of what kind soever also I give and bequeath unto Margaret George and Mary Nigley all my Houshold Goods of what kind soever to be equally divided between them according to Value as Witness my Hand and Seal this twenty third day of November in the Year of Our Lord Eighteen hundred and ten 1810.
