Sail Maker. The said Henry and John being the two sons residuary devisees of Henry Branson the elder otherwise called Henry Bronsteder late of the County of Gloucester deceased of the one part and George Genge of Newton Township in the County of Gloucester and State of New Jersey Yeoman and Abraham Browning of Waterford Township in the County of Gloucester aforesaid Yeoman of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Henry Branson and Elizabeth his Wife and John Branson for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred pounds lawful Money to them in hand well and truly paid by the said George Genge and Abraham Browning at the time of the Ensealing and Delivery him of the Receipt where of is hereby acknowledged have and by these presents do and each of them doth grant bargain and sell alien enfeoff release and confirm unto the said George Genge and Abraham Browning their Heirs and Assigns as tenants in Common and not as joint tenants All that certain Lot or piece of Ground situate in the town of Camden in the Township of Newton in the County of Gloucester and State of New Jersey aforesaid delineated marked and distinguished in the Plan of the said Town “Number Seventeen David Dominick” Containing in breadth North and South Sixty feet and in length East and West one hundred and seventy feet. Bounded Northward with Market Street, Eastward with Samuel Noblis Lot Southward with the lot late of Samuel Miles now belonging to the said Abraham Browning and Northward with King Street aforesaid. Being the same lot of Ground which Jacob Cooper and Elizabeth his wife by Indenture dated the Seventeenth Day of April 1773 granted to David Dominick in fee who died seized thereof intestate whereupon the same descended to and became vested in his three children Mary, Sarah and Susanna Dominick as Heirs at Law subject to the right of Dower of Mary the Widow of the said David Dominick. And the said Mary the widow of the said David afterward intermarried with one Lewis Micke and the said Mary the Daughter afterwards intermarried with John Gouver and the sd. Sarah afterwards intermarried with Abraham Overholt and the said Lewis Micke and Mary his Wife and the heirs of the of the said David Dominick on the fifth day of January 1786 in Consideration of the sum of thirty pounds then paid to them did bargain and sell this Lot of ground unto the said Henry Branson the elder who entered and possessed the same and died possessed thereof having first by his last Will and Testament in Writing dated the fourth day of June1795 devise the said Lot in the residue of his Estate real and personal unto his two Sons the said Henry and John parties hereto in fee and the said Susannah Dominick having departed this life they the said Lewis Micke and Mary his wife John Gouver and Mary his Wife and Abraham Overholt and Sarah his Wife by their deed dated the twenty fifth day of August in the present year 1800 released and confirmed the said lot and premises unto the said Henry and John Branson parties hereto in fee. Together with the free use and privilege of the said Market Street and King Street respectively and with all and singular the Rights, Liberties Privileges, Heriditaments and Appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging and the Reversions and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and all the Estate and Estates Right Title Interest property Claim and Demand whatsoever of them and each of them the said Henry Branson and Elizabeth his wife and John Branson either in Law or Equity of in and to the same. To have and to hold the said Lot of ground with Appurtenances unto the said George Genge and Abraham Browning their Heirs and Assigns to and for the only proper use and Behoof of them the said George Genge and Abraham Browning their heirs and assigns for ever as tenants in common and not as joint tenants. And the said Henry Branson and John Branson and their Heirs respectively the said Lot or piece of ground with the Appurtenances unto the said George Genge and Abraham Browning their Heirs and Assigns as tenants in common and not as joint tenants against themselves the said Henry Branson and John Branson and their heirs respectively and against all and every other person and persons whosoever lawfully Claiming or to Claim by from or under them or any or either of them or under their late father the said Henry Branson the elder otherwise called Henry Bronsteder deceased or under the said David Dominick deceased shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents. In Witness whereof the said parties have interchangeably set their hands and Seals hereunto. Thomson We do hereby acknowledge to have received from the above named George Genge and Abraham Browning the sum of One hundred Pounds being the full Consideration Monies above Mentioned. Be it remembered that on this Ninth day of September in the year of our lord one thousand Eight hundred Before me John Brick Esqr. one of the Judges of the Court of Common pleas in and fore the County of Gloucester aforesaid personally came and appeared Henry Branson and Elizabeth his wife the Grantors within named and acknowledged that they signed sealed and at their act and deed delivered the within written Indenture or deed of Conveyance for the uses and purposes thereon mentioned. And the said Elizabeth being of full age and separately and apart from her said Husband by me thereon privately examined did also acknowledge and declare that she did voluntarily and of her own free will and accord without any coercion threats or compulsion of her said husband or any undue influence whatever and that the contents thereof where first distinctly read and made known unto her.
