Is hereby given to all persons indebted to the Estate of John N. Spence dec’d., and
Dr. Benjamin Fisler, dec’d., on bond, note, vendue book, or otherwise, that unless
payment be made soon their accounts will be placed in the hands of a third person
for collection according to law.
