BY virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias issued out of the Circuit Court of the County of Cape May, to me directed, will be exposed to sale at public vendue, on Saturday, the Fourteenth day of April next, between the hours of twelve and five o’clock in the afternoon of said day, at the house of Jacob Wells, in the Township of Dennis, County of Cape May, and State of New Jersey, a certain house and lot of land situate in the Township and County aforesaid, bounded as follows, beginning at a stone corner which is a corner of Lydia McCauley’s Tavern lot and runs south sixty-five degrees and forty-minutes, west thirteen and a half perches to a corner of Nathaniel Holmes, thence along his line north nineteen degrees west about six rods to another corner of said Holmes, thence along said Holmes’ line north sixty-five degrees and forty minutes, east thirteen and a half perches to a corner of said Holmes at the side of the road, thence along said south nineteen degrees, East six rods or thereabouts to the beginning, containing one-half acre be the same, more or less. Seized as the property of Mary Earnest, Nathaniel Earnest, Seeley Earnest, and other defendants, taken in execution at the suit of Edmund L. B.
