Administrator’s Public Sale of REAL ESTATE.
PURSUANT to an order of the Orphans Court of the County of Cumberland, made at May
Term, 1855, will be Sold at Public Sale, on Monday the 10th day of September, 1855;
On the premises, all that tract of LAND AND SWAMP, belonging to the Estate of Hannah
C. Davis, dec’d., situate in the township of Deerfield, in Russel's Neck, about four
miles from Bridgeton, adjoining lands late the heirs of Jonathan Moore, dec’d.,
Daniel Moore and Daniel T. Lanning, dec’d., containing thirty-nine acres of land and
swamp, more or less.
Sale to commence at 2 o’clock, P. M.; Conditions at sale by MICHAEL MINCH,
Administrator of Hannah C. Davis dec’d. Hopewell, June 30, 1855
