EXECUTORS’ NOTICE.
Rebecca Fithian and Charles Miller, Executors of Samuel C. Fithian, dec’d., by
direction of the Surrogate of the County of Cumberland, hereby gives Notice, to the
creditors of said deceased, to bring in their debts and claims against said Estate,
under oath or affirmation, within nine months from the date or be forever barred of
any action therefor, against said executors. H. R. MERSEILLES, Surrogate. Bridgeton,
June 4, ’59.
