ADMINISTRATOR’S NOTICE.
Erkuries B. Fithian, administrator of Charles B. Fithian, dec’d., by direction of
the Surrogate of the county of Cumberland, hereby gives notice to the creditors of
said dec’d., to bring in their debts, demands and claims against said estate under
Oath or Affirmation, within nine months from the date hereof, or be forever barred
of any action therefor, against said Administrator. H. R. MERSEILLES, Surrogate.
