ASSIGNEE’S NOTICE.
Notice is hereby given to the creditors of Josiah D. Harbert, of the township of
Bridgeton, County of Cumberland, and State of New Jersey, that all claims against
his estate be exhibited to the subscriber his Assignee, under oath or affirmation,
before the 23d of June next, being three months from the date of the assignment, or
be forever barred from coming in for a dividend in said estate, and the said
creditors are further notified that a list of the claims against the said Josiah D.
Harbert, will be filed with the Surrogate of the County of Cumberland, before the
ensuing October Term of the Orphan’s Court when exceptions thereunto may be filed by
any persons interested.
