ADMINISTRATOR’S NOTICE.
Samuel W. Seeley and Sarah M. James, Administrators of Benjamin James, dec’d., by
direction of the Surrogate of the County of Cumberland, hereby gives notice to the
creditors of said Benjamin James, dec’d., to bring in their debts, demands, and
claims against the Estate of said dec’d., under oath or affirmation within nine
months from the date hereof, or be forever barred of any action therefor, against
said Administrators. H. R. MERSEILLES, Bridgeton, Apr. 24, l858-2m. Surrogate.
