GUARDIAN'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE.
PUBLIC SALE.
By order of the Orphans’ Court of the County of Cumberland, will be sold at Public
Sale on Thursday, the 14th day of April next, at the Hotel of E. Davis & Son,
Bridgeton, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, all that House and Lots, on the West side
of the Creek, formerly the property of Jacob Miller, dec’d., adjoining James Logue,
William Rice and others, fronting on Broad Street, about sixty feet in depth,
upwards of three hundred feet to Academy street, and having a front in Academy
street of about one hundred and 25 feet. These lots are valuable. There is on the
premises a dwelling house and good well of water. A credit will be given on part of
the purchase money. James Riley will show the premises.
