CUMBERLAND ORPHANS’ COURT.
Executors and Administrators Notice to Limit Creditors.
Jonathan Elmer, administrator of Benjamin H. Sheppard, deceased, by direction of the
Surrogate of the County of Cumberland, hereby gives notice to the creditors of said
decedent, to bring in their debts, demands and claims against the estate of said
decedent, under oath or affirmation, within nine months from the date hereof or be
forever barred of any action therefor, against the said executors or administrators.
