New Incorporations

Chartered in the Office of the Secretary of State

The companies have been incorporated in the office of the Secretary of State: -
 

Sheffield Company, registered office, Jersey City; capital stock $500,000; 
corporators George Parsons, Henry Parsons, William H Goadby. The company is to 
operate street railways in Alabama.

Prescott Manufacturing Company, registered office, Camden; capital stock, 
$250,000; corporators, Frank S Goetz and Clinton A Somers, Philadelphia; Henry 
F Stickwell, Camden. The company is to manufacture machinery.

Ferguson Brothers’ Manufactering Company; registered office, Hoboken; capital 
stock, $250,000; corporators, Louis Ferguson, Harry Ferguson, Geo W Ferguson, 
Jr., Andrew Wagner, Walter X Young, William Hanley, all of Hoboken. The 
company is to manufacture life boats, life buoys, life belts and similar 
apparatus. 

Toledo Investment Company: registered office, Jersey City; corporators Roy B 
Washburn, John C Haskins, Colin C Shaw, all of Toledo, Ohio. The company is to 
engage in a brokerage business.

Hallock-Denton Company; registered office, Newark: capital stock, $100,000, 
corporators Eugene W Denton, New York; H. Irving Boyce and Howard P Boyce, 
Newark. The company is to deal in pharmaceutical supplies, drugs and food 
preparations. 

Eastern Electric Contract Company; registered office, Hersey City; capital 
stock, $100,000, divided into $50,000 preferred, bearing 6 per cent, 
cumulative divided and $50,000 common stock; corporators, Charlie N King, W. 
Mondis Greene, Le grand Banker. The company is to engage in a general 
engineering business, either mechanical or electrical.

Institute of Expert Dentists; registered office, Camden; capital stock, 
$50,000; divided into $25,000 preferred, bearing 5 per cent cumulative 
dividend and $25,000 common stock; corporators Henry A Bary, Henry M. B. Bary, 
Wilfred B Walcott, all of Camden. The company is to conduct dental offices and 
engae in the business of dentistry and dental surgery.

Elchenmeyer Electric Pump Company; registered office, Jersey City; capital 
stock, $50,000; corporators Carl Elckenmeyer, Yonkers; john W Avery and S. R. 
Bullock, New York. The company is to manufacture electric pumps. 

New York Railway Supply Company; registered office Jersey City; capital stock, 
$25,000; corporators, C. T. Grammont and W. H. Thorne, New York; F. W. Thorne, 
Newark. The company is to manufacture railway supplies and equipment.

Sugar Products Company: registered office Jersey City; capital stock $2,000 
divided into $1,000 preferred bearing 7 per cent cumulative dividend, and 
$1,000 common stock; corporators Peter J Nevius, Brooklyn; Granville A Horner, 
East Orange; Carl Wright, Orange. The company is to deal in saccharine 
products, molasses and similar articles.
