Ran away from the subscriber on the 25th inst., James Smith, an apprentice to the whellwrighting business, in his 18th year, about 5 feet 5 inches high. Had on when he left, a thick coat, black silk vest, light summer casemer pants, a black velvet cap, and calf skin boots. All persons are hereby forbid to entertain or trust said apprentice on my account. The above reward will be paid for his return to me, but no other charges will be paid. J. H. CROUSE.
