West-Jersey pioneer. (Bridgeton, N.J.) 1851-1884: August 08, 1857
Died in Bridgeton, on the 31st ult., after a few hours illness, Ella Brice, youngest
daughter of John E. and Hannah B. White. Ella was a child of only three summers, the
pride and joy of fond and doating parents, who are suddenly aroused, as from
pleasant dreams, to the consciousness that another link in the family chain is
broken, another redeemed spirit is exhaled to a region of perpetual flowers. Truly
death garners the sweetest flowers to deck the Rosaries of Heaven.
