Second - I give and bequeath unto my sons John Howard Preston, William Horace Preston & Charles M. Preston together with my Daughters Lovica J. Bateman and Hannah M. Vos (?) each one dollar. Third - The ballance of my property both real estate and personal whatsoever I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary Elizabeth Preston.
