All Rights Reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/nj/njfiles.htm ********************************************************* The Last Will and Testament of Andrew Padgett Cumberland County Wills, 1815 #1750 F The last will and testament of Andrew Padgett 1st that all my debts and funeral charges be paid my funeral to be after the same manner of my son, Aaron Padgett with tomb of the same size. 2nd I do give and bequeath unto my wife, Mary, all my estate both lands and effects as if particularly mentioned to be hers and by her enjoyed so long as she shall live except the obligations held against Aaron Harris, deceased which obligations are to be given up and a receipt if required to Deborah, his Widow by the executors to the estate which are to be my wife Mary Padgett and Nathan Buck. And after the death of my wife the debts and her funeral charges be paid her funeral to be after the same manner of my own with tombstones after which my lands and effects all sold by Nathan Buck and all the money put out at interest until David and Aaron Padgett, sons of Aaron Padgett, deceased and Amy, his wife become of age and then the money both principle and interest divided equally between them both.
