Enlisted: Puget Sound, Wash., July 7, 1917.
Died: Receiving ship at Puget Sound, Wash., November 7, 1917.
Cause: Suicide; gunshot wound in right temple.
 Next of kin: Sister, Edith Boyd, 96 Prospect Street, Montclair, N. J.
