  FRANCIS HENDRICKS, who for many years was engaged in the manufacture of 
copper at Belleville, N. J., died in New York on March 8, 1912, aged seventy-
five years.  He was unmarried and was survived by a brother and six sisters, 
all residents of New York City.  He was a graduate of New York University.  He 
was elected a life member of this Society on January 26, 1896
