James Whittemore one of the Appraisers in the annexed writing named, being duly sworn doth depose and say, that the Goods and Chattles, Rights and Credits, in the said annexed writing set down and specified, were by him appraised according to their just and true respective rates and values, after the best of his judgement and understanding; that Isaac Davis the other Appraiser in the said annexed writing named, was present at the same time with this deponent, and consented in all things to the doing thereof; and that they appraised all things that were brought to their view for appraisement. Sworn, October 28th 1835, before me James Whittemore (signature) Surrogate Essex County, SS. Charles N. Brewster the Administrator of John B. Brewster, deceased, being duly sworn do depose and say, that the annexed writing contains a true and perfect inventory of all the singular the Goods and Chattles, Rights and Credits, which were of the possession of any other person or persons, to his use, to his knowledge.
