I nominate and appoint my said wife Jemima sole Executrix of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have ?? set my hand and seal this third day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty five. Signed Lewis Acor Signed sealed published and subscribed by the said Lewis Acor the testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who in the presence of him and at his request and in the presence of each other have seen him sign the same and have subscribed our names as witnesses. John Drake Corra Drake Proved 11 April 1856, John Drake appeared and said he was one of the signing witnesses and the Testator died more than ten days ago. Jemima Acor signed form saying she would fulfill the duties of Executrix.
