In the name of god Amen  June twenty ninth Day one thousand seven hundred
and seventy four I Jonathan Winans Senor of ye Borough of Elizabeth In ye
County of Essex & province of East new Jersey Being sick & Low in Body But
of perfect mind & memory Blessed be god Calling to mind the Mortality of my
Body knowing that It Is apointed once for all to die I Due make & ordain
this To be my Last will & testament that is to say & first of all I give &
assign my Soul Into the hands of god who gave It & my body to the Earth to
be buried In a Christian Like & Decent manner

All the Decisions of my Executor hereafter named and touching that worldly
Estate that god has Blest me In this Life I give Devise & Dispose of In the
manner following . . . .
Item I give unto my youngest Son Issac Winans and to to his heirs & assigns
for Each All my moveable Estate real & personal within Doores and without .

Item I Due make Constitute my son Isaac Winans my Executor of this my Last
Will & Testament To [   ]  that all things be Duly & truly Executed
aCordain to the Intent & meaning here of

And I due hereby utterly Revoke all other Wills testament & Executors by me
before made Named or wiled   Ratifying & confirming this to be my Last will
& testament In witness where of I have here unto Set my hand & Seal the Day
& year first above written

Susanna Frazee and Moses Frazee the subscribing Witnesses to the within
will Personally appeared before me Robert Ogden junior and being duly Sworn
on the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God did depose and say that they saw
Jonathan Winans the Testator within Named Sign and Seal the within
Instrument and heard him Publish Pronounce and declare the same to be his
Last Will and Testament and that at the time of doing thereof the said
Testator was of Sound and disposing mind and Memory as far as these
Deponents [    ] for and as they [   ] Believe and that they Each signed
their Names as Witnesses in the Presence of said Testator ---

Also at the same time Came before me Isaac Winans the Executor within Named
and was duly Qualified by taking the Oath of Executor as appointed by Law
