Davidson" Died - July 22 - 1894 In the name of God, Amen: I Isaac H Davidson Sen. of Clarksboro, Gloucester County State of New Jersey, being of sound mind memory and understanding (for which blessing I thank God:) do make and publish this my last will and Testament in manner following, that is to say: It is my will and I do order that all my floating just debts and funeral expense by duly paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently can be after my decease. First: I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Priscilla H Davidson the use of all my household goods and furniture of every kind and description during her widowhood: empowering her at any time during her said widowhood to distribute the same or any part thereof to such of the Children as she shall think proper: and in case she should die without disposing of the same as aforesaid then I order my Executors to divide the same equally among my children, share & share alike: Second: I bequeath my residence at Clarksboro with all the buildings and [ ] there[] to my son Isaac H. Davidson under the following stipulations namely: he the said Isaac H Davidson my son do have the said Real estate at a Valuation of Four Thousand Dollars ($4000) and after paying the mortgages and claims against said property the balance of the Four thousand dollars ($4000) to remain on interest, as a claim against said property until the death of my beloved wife Priscilla H Davidson, to whom legal Interest shall be annually paid during her natural life toward her support by my son Isaac H Davidson. Third: At the death of my beloved wife Priscilla H Davidson my son Isaac H Davidson shall pay to Thomas S Davidson my youngest son an equal one third share of the balance of the unpaid Four Thousand dollars ($4000) (the aforesaid Valuation of the real estate) but the second one third equal share of the said balance shall be paid to my son Isaac H Davidson instead of to my son George H Davidson in settlement that far of a first claim of Seven hundred dollars held by my son Isaac H Davidson against my son George H Davidson, unless the said claim of Seven hundred dollars ($700) shall have been settled or cancelled in which case the equal one third share of said balance shall be paid to my son George H Davidson by my son Isaac H Davidson. Fourth: I do further order that any horses & harness, cows, hogs and all my live stock, wagons, plougs, harrows, cultivators and all my agricultural implements hay & grain if any be sold at public sale as soon as conveniently can be and after paying my funeral expenses and other first floating debts the balance shall be paid to my beloved wife Priscilla H Davidson who shall use the same for her support- or distribute the same among the children as she may choose. Fifth: I do appoint my son Isaac H Davidson and my wife Priscilla H Davidson as my lawful Executor and Executrix to execute fully & according to law the provisions of the within will. | | Isaac H Davidson L.S.
