Closson one of the children of Thomas Closson late of the county of Hunterdon, Humbly showeth That your petitioner's father, hath not, by any deed in his life-time, or otherwise disposed of the guardianship of your petitioner until of age, pursuant to the statute in such case made and provided, and your petitioner having an estate, real and personal, which stands in need of due care being taken thereof, hath made choice of Jacob R. Sharp to be his guardian until your petitioner shall attain his full age. Your petitioner therefore prays, that the court will grant unto the said Jacob R. Sharp the guardianship of your petitioner's person and estate until your petitioner shall attain his full age aforesaid. John S.
