David Golden & Wife and Elenor Golden to Isaac Golden

This Indenture made in this Twelfth day of May in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and five Between David Golden of the Township of Hopewell in Hunterdon county in the
State of New Jersey and  Deborah his wife and Elenor Golden widow of Eleas Golden dec'd of the
one part and Isaac Golden of the same of the other part Witnesseth that the said David Golden
and Deborah his wife and Elinor  Golden for the consideration of one hundred and seventy six
dollars and eighty cents to them paid so secured to be paid by the said Isaac Golden do grant
bargain sell convey unto the said Isaac Golden and to his heirs and assigns all that parcel or
lot of land situate in the place afrd which is butted and bounded as follows Beginning at a
stone near the side of a small run of water corner of Jacob Goldens land in William Goldens
line thence along the said Jacob Goldens lie north twenty six degrees and forty five minutes
west fourteen chains and eleven links to said corner of the said Jacob Goldens land in William
Wearts line thence along the said Wearts line north sixty five degrees and fifteen minutes East
three chains and five links to a stone corner of Thomas Phillips line in the said Wearts line
thence along the said Phillips line south twenty five degrees East thirteen chains and thirty
two links to a stone corner of the said Phillips land in the said William Goldens line and in
the middle of the said run of water thence down the said run of water the several courses
thereof to the place of Beginning (the --- courses like distances being south sixty degrees and
thirty minutes west five chains and fifty four links containing three Acres three quarters and
twenty four perches together will all things thereunto appertaining or belonging or part or
parcel of the same or --- so to be and the revisions and remainders and appurtances thereof
with --- appertaining and and also all the --- of the said David Golden and Deborah his wife
and Elinor Golden or either of them within law or equity of the --- to the same to have and to
hold --- the said premises the said Isaac Golden his heirs and assigns to the only proper use
of the said Isaac Golden his heirs and assigns forever and the said David Golden doth for
himself his heirs Creditors and administrators covenant with the said Isaac Golden his heirs
and assigns that he now in the lawful and rightful owner in fee simple of the premises herein
granted including the right of dower of the said Elinor Golden which she herein --- conveyable
to the said Isaac Golden --- is seized thereof at the Ensealing and delivery of these presents
of an indefensible state of inheritance in fee simple without any --- of conditions --- or
other --- --- --- the same and that the said Isaac Golden his heirs and assigns shall hold and
enjoy the said premises without the lawful claims of him the said David Golden his heirs and
assigns of other of them or of any person or persons lawfully --- by from or under him of them
or any of them  And the Said Elinor Golden doth covenant with the said Isaac Golden his heirs
and assigns that he the said Isaac Golden shall possess and enjoy the said premises withouth
the lawful claims or demands of her the said Elnor Golden or of any persons or persons lawfully
claiming by from or under her and the said David Golden doth further covenant with the said
Isaac Golden that he the said Isaac Golden his heirs and assigns shall visibly hold and possess
the said premises without the lawful claim where --- or Executions of any person or persons
whatsoever and --- indemnified against all forms or other charges and encumberances whatsoever
made and committed or to be made and committed --- or suffering by the said David Golden or his
heirs or by the said Elinor Golden or any person or persons having or lawfully claiming as to
claim by from or under him them or any of them In witness whereof the said David Golden and
Deborah his wife and the said Elinor Golden have to these presents set their hands and seals
the day and date firt above written David Golden Deborah Golden (mark) Elinor Golden (mar) In
the presents of John Blackwell State of New Jersey Hunterdon County Personally cme before me
John Blackwell one of the judges of the court of common pleas in and for the said county the
within named David Golden and Deborah his wife and Elinor Golden who acknowledged that they
sealed and delivered the within Deed for the uses and purposes therein specified and the said
Deborah being by me Examined separate and apart from her said husband acknowledges that she did
it without any fear threat or --- of her said husband Taken Before me this 17th day of June
