In the name of God, amen I Cristeen Kase of the
Township of Bethlehem and County of Hunterdon Call
ing to mind that is appointed for all to die I have thou
ght proper to mak ordain and put in wrighting this
my Last will and Testament in manner and form as
followeth.  that is to Say first I recomend my Sole to
God that gave it and my Body to the Earth to be
Bured in a Christion Like and deasent mannar
at the Discreation of my Executors herein after
named and as for Such worldly goods as it hath
pleased God to bless me with in this Life I give
and Bequeath in the following manner to witt
first I do will and auder that all my Just debts
and funarl Charges be paid and Satesfide and I
do so will that before any division is maid I will and
auder my Daughter Mary Kase Shall have three Shepe
and my Bed and Sum Beding and teen Dollars in money
I allso will that my Daughter Elizabeth Penwell Shall
have three Shepe before any Division and then I do
will and auder that all my Estat be Equally 
Divided Between my three Daughters Elizabeth Penwell
Ann Waggonor and Mary Kase Shear and Shear alike
and I do constute and appoint my truste and well beloved
friend John Bowlby to be my Sole Executor of this my
Last will and Testament retifing this and no other
to be my Last will and testament in witness whereof
I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this twenty
fifth day of June in the year of our Lord Eighteen hund
red and thireen 1813

Thomas Bowlby one of the witnesses to the within
will being duly sworn did depose and say, that
he saw Christain Kase the testatrix herein named
Sign and Seal the Same, and heard her publish
pronounce and declare the within writing to be her
last will and testament; and that at the doing thereof
the said testatrix was of Sound and disposing mind
and memory, as far as this deponent knows and as
he Verily believes and that Thomas Bowlby Junior
the other subscribing evidence was present at the
Same time and Signed his name as a witness to
the said will, together with this deponent, in the
presence of the Said testatrix.

John Bowlby Sole executor in the within testament
named being duly Sworn did depose and say that the
within instrument contains the true last will and testament
of Christien Kase the testatrix Therein named so far as he
knows, and as he Verily believes and that he will well
and truly perform the Same, by paying first the debts of the
Said deceased, and then the legacies in the Said testament
specified, so far as the goods chattels and credits of the said
deceased can thereunto extend; and that he will make
and exhibit into the Surrogates office at Flemington
a true and perfect Inventory of all and Singular the
goods chattels and credits of the said deceased, that have
or shall come to his knowledge or possession, or to the
possession of any other person or persons for his use, and
render a just and true account when thereunto lawfully
required.
