I do now make this my last will and testement Viz first I Give and Recemend my Soull to God that Gave it and as for my bodey I Recemend it to Earth to be decently buried by my Executors hearafter named and as touching Such wordley Estate as has Pleased God to bestow and indume with I Give demise [sic] and bestow it in Manner as followeth Viz first I will and Require that my funirell Charges and just deps be justly and fuly satesfied Contented and Paid by my Executors hearafter named in a convanient time after my deceace I likewise will demise [sic] and bequeath all the lands now in my Possion and all the Movable Estate to my Beloved wife Mary Dils, and my beloved Children Jacob Dils Elizabeth White Georg Dils Petter Dils and William Dils. I likewise will Demise [sic] and Bequeath that the Estate if aney two of them Can kepe it and Say to the Remainder when ____ all their Equall parts if not. I likewise authrise and impower my Executors to sell all Real and Personall Estate at their Dischreshion, I likewise will demis [sic] and bequeath that the money be devided between my beloved wife and beloved Children in Manner as followouth. Viz my beloved wife Mary Dils have ten Pounds over and abov an equall Part with my beloved Children it being in the lew of her dower my beloved Children Jacob Dils Elizabeth White Georg Dils Petter Dils and William Dils to have all the Remainder an equall Part or share with my beloved wife Marey Dils excepting ten Pounds, and after her death to be devided Equall among my Surviving Childrin and all Their share and Part to be their owne Propper right and title to them and their heirs and assigns for ever, Excepting Elizabeth White one halfe of her part or Share to be Devided betwixt her two Childeren when the com of aige John Dils and Anna Dils then the Son to have ten Pounds more than the Gerel to be theirs, their heirs and Assigns for Ever.
