Williamson esquire, Governor and Ordinary of the State of New Jersey, in the sum of two hundred and sixty seven dollars of current lawful money of New Jersey, to be paid to the said Isaac H. Williamson his successors or assigns. For the which payment well and truly to be made and done, we do bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, and administrators, and every of them jointly, severally and firmly, by these presents. Sealed with our seal. Dated this seventh day of February Annon Domini one thousand eight hundred and twenty eight. Whereas, at an Orphans, Court, held this day at Flemington in and for the county of Hunterdon aforesaid, Jacob Godown was by the said Court appointed guardian of the person and estate of Jonathan Kitchen an Infant under the age of fourteen years, child of Charles Kitchen late of the county of Hunterdon deceased, as appears by the order of appointment of the said Orphans' Court, duly recorded in the Surrogate's Office, of the county of Hunterdon in the State of New Jersey. Now, the condition of this obligation is such, That if the above Jacob Godown do and shall take care of the person, estate and education of the said Infant, and of all writings and evidences touching his lands, and render the same to him by law when required, or to such person or persons as by law are or maby be entitled to receive the same; and render a just and true account of the rents, issues, and profits of the real estate of the said Infant, and in the mean time improve same his use and best advantage, and make no sale, nor commit any waste or destruction thereof or therein: then this obligation to be void, or else to stand and remain in full force and virtue.
