Shaw Sugt In the name of God Amen, I James Agin of the Township of Amwell in the County of Hunterdon and State of New Jersey being of sound mind and memory do make and Publish this for my last Will and Testament (First) I do order and direct my Executor hereafter named to pay all my just debts and Funeral Expences as soon as conveniently may be after my decease out of any money arising from the sale of all my Real and Personal Estate (second) I give and Bequeath unto my Wife Ann Agin one bed and Beding sufficient for the same also Fifty dollars within one year after my decease the Said Legacy of Fifty dollars to be paid unto the hands of my Daughter Eliza Phillips by my said Executor for the use and support of my said wife to be Expended by my said Daughter for her use as she may need by her Riceipting my Executor for the Same all which Legacy I give and Bequeath unto my said wife in Liew of you Right of Dower (third) I Give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Eliza Phillips one Cow the same I now own also Two hundred dollars to her and her heirs (fourth) It is my will and I do order and direct my Executor hereafter named to sell all my Real and Personal Estate not before Bequeathed as soon as conveniently may be after my Decease and first pay the debts and Funeral Expenses and Lecacys bequeathed to my wife Ann and Daughter Eliza Phillips and after paying the debts and Lecacyes before named I give and Bequeath unto my son Joseph Agin my Daughter Eliza Phillips and my Daughter Hannah Ely and to the heirs of my son Wilson Agin to be Equally divided the one fourth part to Joseph Agin one fourth to Eliza Phillips one fourth to Hannah Ely and one fourth to the Children of Wilson Agin I appoint Solomon Holcombe Executor of this my Testament and Last Will In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fourteenth day of May in the Year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Thrity six James Agin (his mark) Signed sealed published and declared by the said James Agin to be his Testament andlast will in Presence of us Elisabeth Godown Ferdinand Holcombe Solomon Holcombe Hunterdon Solomon Holcombe Sole Executor in the within will --- being duly sworn did depose and say that the within instrument contains the true last will and testament of James Agin the testator there innamed, as far as this deponent knows and as he verily believes; And he will well and truly perform the lecacies in the written testatment specified so far as the goods, chattels and credits of the said decd cand thereunto extend; and that he will made and exhibit into the Surrogates Office at Flemington a true & perfect inventory of all & singular the goods, chattels and credits of the said deceased that have or shall come to his knowledge, hands or possession or to the possession of any other person or persons for his use & render a just and true account thereof when thereunto lawfully ---. Shaw Surrogate Hunterdon Solomon Holcombe (the younger) one of the witnesses to the within will being duly sworn did depose & say that he saw James Agin, the testator therein named, sign and seal the same and heard him publish pronounce & declare the within instrument to be his last will and testament; that at the time of doing thereof the said testator was of sound & disposing mind and memory as far as this deponent knows and he verily believes; and that Elizabeth Godown and Ferdinand S.
