General and Governour in Chief of the Provinces of New York, New Jersey &c. in the Sum of One Thousand Pounds Current Lawful Money of America. To be paid to his said Excellency the Governour, or to his Successors or Assigns. For the which Payment well and truly to be made and done, We do bind our Selves, our Heirs, Executors, and administrators, and every of them, joyntly & severally, Firmly by these Presents, Sealed with our Seals, dated the thirtieth Day of May in the tenth year of his Majesties Reign, Annoq; Domini 1724 The Condition of this Obligation is such, That if the above-bounded Annah Anderson & Eliakim Anderson Administrators of all and singular the Goods, Chattels and Credits of Cornelius Anderson late of Hopewell in the County of Hunterdon Deceased, do make or cause to be made a true and perfect Inventory of all and singular the Goods, Chattels and Credits of the said Deceased, which have or shall come to the hands, possession or knowledge of the said Annah & Eliakim Anderson or into the hands of any other Person or Persons for their use for the same, so made, exhibit or cause to be exhibited into the Registry of the Prerogative Court in the Secretary's Office of the Province of New Jersey at or before the Second Day of September next ensuing, and the same Goods, Chattels and Credits of the said Deceased at the time of his Death, or which at any time after shall come to the hands or possession of any other Person or Persons for their use do well and truly administer according to Law; and further, do make or cause to be made a just and true Account of said Administration at or before the Eighteenth Day of September next Ensuing And all the rest and residue of the said Goods, Chattels and Credits which shall be found remaining upon the said Administrators Account, the same being first examined and allowed of by the Judge, for the time being, of the said Prerogative Court, shall deliver and pay unto such person or Persons, respectively, as the said Judge, for the time being, of the said Court, by his Decree or Sentence, pursuant tot he true intent and meaning of an Act of Parliament made in the 22the & 23th years of the Reign of King Charles the second, entitled, An act for settling Intestates Estates, shall limit and appoint. And if it shall hereafter appear, that any Last Will and Testament was made by the said Deceased, and the Executor or Executors therein name, do exhibit the same into the said Prerogative Court, making Request to have it allowed and approved If the said Annah Anderson & Eliakim Anderson above bounden, being thereunto Required, do render and deliver the said Letters of Administration (approbation of such Testament being first had and made in the said Court) Then his Obligation to be Void and of none effect, or else to remain in Full Force and Virtue. Annah Anderson and Eliakim Anderson, administrators of all and singular the Goods and Chattels Rights and Credits of Cornelius Anderson late of Hopewell in the County of Hunterdon --- Deceased Who on their solemn oaths which they took on the holy Evangelists of almighty God, Do Depose and Swear that the said Cornelius Anderson Dyed without a Will as far as they know and believe, and that hey will well and truly administer all and singular the Goods Chattels & Credits of the said Decd. so far forth as the same shall come to their or either of their knowledge possession or use or to the possession or knowledge of any other person for their use, and that they will pay the Debts of the Deceased so far forth as the same goods Chattells and credits will thereunto Extend or the same charge; and that they will make and Exhibit at True and perfect Inventory as will render a just and --- when thereunto required Annah Anderson (her mark) Eliakim Anderson
