H.] In the name of God Amen I Keziah Morgan of amwell township Hunterdon County and State of New Jersey widow of the late John Morgan deceasd being of sound Mind and memory do make and publish this last will and testament. first I commit my soul to God who gave It, and my body to the Earth from where it was taken to be buried in a decent Christian manner as my late husband gave direction in his last will & testament. second I give and bequeath to my Nice Sary Morgan, wife of Elisha Morgan grandson of my late husband, the whole, all and singular of my Estate whether it consists of Money, obligations, Cattle Clothing household furniture or whatsoever else belonging to me at my decease, that shall not be hereafter Excepted, to be wholly and Entirely her property and at her disposal forever. thirdly I give and bequeath to Each one of the Daughters of my late husband deborah higgins, hannah Labaw and Keziah Morgan a legasy of five Dollars and thirty three cents, to be given into their hands at the Expiration of one year after my decease and in case that one or two of said daughters should die before my decease, the legasy or legasies in Consequence thereof Remaining, shall be given to the one, or Equally divided between the Remaining. lastly I appoint Elisha Morgan and Asher Stout, Executors of this my testament and last will. In Witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal this fourteenth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and two.
