Charles Alpaugh Surrogate In the name of God Amen I Uriah Akers of the Township of West Amwell County of Hunterdon and State of New Jersey. Being of sound mind memory and understanding For which blessing I thank God, do make and Publish this my last will and testament As follows After the payment of all my Just debts and funeral expenses. I give and bequeath and devise all my Property both real and Personal where Soever situate and whatever the same may be to my beloved wife Elizabeth Akers to her and her heirs forever I hereby nominate and appoint my Friend John H Horn of the city of Lambertville Executor of this my last will and testament. Horn Executor of Uriah Akers deceased, being duly sworn according to law, saith that the annexed writing contains a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits, which were of said decedent, as far as have come to his possession, or the possession of any other perosn, to his huse, to his knowledge. Sworn and subscribed at Flemington the Thirteenth day of August A.D. 1888, before me Charles Alpaugh, Surrogate State of New Jersey Hunterdon County William Ramsey one of the appraisers of the annexed inventory, being duly sworn according to law, saith that the goods, chatetls anc credits therein set down and specified, were by him appraised according to their just and true respective rates and values, after the best of his judgment and understanding; that Phineas K. Hazen the other appraiser, whose name is thereto subscribed was present at the same time, and consented in all things to the doing thereof; and they appraised all things that were brought to their view for appraisement.
