Body of will is as follows, as best as I could transcribe. I have placed a blank 
where I could not make out the word intended.

"______ I give to my ______ sune Andris ______ of like wise constitute 
make and ordane one of my executors of this my last will and testament all 
and singular the lands and tenements which now I've passed to him his ars 
and _____ for ______

Then as I have given to my son Andris the plase and tannaments of lands he 
must pay for have ____ of the ____ one hundred and fifty pounds that ____ 
belong to my three sons David, John, Jacob, then _____ _____ and put it to 
the rest of the money and divide among the children than a first share a like 
all but fifty pounds and Dirrick if he doth pay the monies that I am bound for 
before my death than he shall have share with the rest and if not payd than it 
shall be duked of his share and the first payment shall not com due till three 
years after my dath, than the sad Andris shall pay the children ____ share 
yearly as they come of age, and as for my _____ a stake left ____ be put up 
at _____ and sold for to pay my dats and the _____ _____ money left shall 
be divided among all my children than share a like, all but Pillip he should 
have none of it, and if ____ of my sons _____ Pillip. And if Dirk has a mind 
for the lot of land where _____ lives he shall pay the sume of fifteen pounds 
for _____ between the br___ and the Rod, and if one of the rest has a mind 
for a lot from the corner west to ____ he shall have four acres ____ before 
the Rod and the ____. Beloe the Rod he shall pay the sume of _____ pounds 
for it. And if _____ of them or both has a mind for to sell it _____ they shall 
let Andris have it at the first cost if there be _____ bilding ____ it. And if 
they have bilt ____ one they shall chuse tue of the _____ for to _____ the 
bilding and if Andris wont give it then they may sell it to _____ _____ for 
last testamnet will _____ and executors by _____ in any ways before this 
time named _____ and _____ ratifying and confirming this my last will and 
testament in witness where of I have _____ _____ my _____ and the day 
and year above, witness signed sealed published _____ and declared by the 
sad Dirk Conine as his last will and testament in the possession of us the 
subscribers.

INVENTORY OF THE ESTATE OF DIRIK KONYN

A true and perfect inventory of all and singular the goods chattels rits and 
credits when there of Dirik CONINE late of the township of Piscataway in 
the county of Middlesex deceased as the same were taken and apprised this 
fourteen day of November Anne Dominic one thousand seven hundred and 
fifty one, by us Jeremiah FIELD and William OLDIN.

The document goes on to list the items possessed by Dirik KONYN when 
the inventory was taken, I did not list the items. 

Another page in the will documents pertains to, two paragraphs written and 
signed by Thomas BURTON. In the second paragraph he mentions the 
names, Catlyntie KONYN and Andris KONYN.

Some one else has written on the same page,

Recorded 21 Nov. 1751
Recorded in Book F of will page 9?"

Note: The misspelled words in the will of Dirck KONYN are spelled just the 
way they are in the copy of the original will, I did not correct the spelling.

Dirck KONYN'S surname is spelled three different ways within the 
documents pertaining to his will. My guess is that he spelled his name 
KONYN, pronouncing it CO-9. However other people may have found it 
easier to spell the name the way it sounded, which was CONINE.
