ISSAC S. JENNINGS having agreed with the Proprietors of East Jersey to purchase of them this interest in lot 1 to 15 inclusive, and the north half of lot No 17 of the lot known as the commissioner division of the Daniel Cox/Coxe? Lots lying on Long Beach and the remaining interest in what is knows as the Dockwra? Patent lying also on long beach 106 acres which apperar to have been divided previously having been paid as a present consideration for which a receipt is hereby indorsed. Now therefore the said ISAAC J. JENNINGS agrees further to pay upon the tender delivery of the bargain and sale sheet made by the President of the East Jersey Proprietors thirteen hundred dollars in Cash and a good sufficient bond or bonds satisfactory in all respects secure the additional sum of fire hundred dollars payable within two years from the date of these presents and same being legal interest and to be paid semi annually to WM. M. FORCE Register of the aforesaid Board of East Jersey Proprietors, and the said Issac I. S. Jennings further agrees to pay all the expenses of the resurvey and return of the tract of land Known as the Dockwra? Patent on Long Beach as aforesaid in conformation the parties making this agreement have hereunto signed their respective names this tenth day of March AD 1886. Signed: I. S. Jennings Wm. M.
