State of New Jersey, Middlesex County } ss.
Notice is hereby given, that there will be sold at PUBLIC VENDUE, at the house 
of Peter Matchet, inn-holder in New Brunswick, on Friday, the second day of 
June next, between the hours of twelve and five in the afternoon, a LOT of 
LAND near Quibbie-town, containing about forty-five acres, late the property 
of Jacob Titsworth, deceased, levied on and taken in execution, at the suit of 
William Neilson, Esq; to be sold for default and non-compliance with the 
conditions of sale by the first purchaser.  The Sale continued on a former 
adjournment.
