Harry S. Townley
special to the New York Times

Elizabeth, NJ---Word has been received here of the death yesterday in the 
Borough of Middlesex of Harry S Townley, for many years a resident of New York 
and for 46 years chief clerk of the freight claim department of the Central 
Railroad of New Jersey, retiring in 1933. Son of the late George A. and Almira 
Ash Townley, he was born in this city on June 23, 1870. Surviving are his 
widow, Mrs Agnes Weir Townley, a daughter and three sons.
