The land was donated in 1791 by William Brinley for a church and a burying ground. The church building was destroyed in 1934, and all that remains are the headstones. The graveyard is extremely overgrown it is very difficult to find all the graves during the summertime. (They are not all listed here, since it was summertime when I was walking it—there are a few more in the back).
