Witnesseth that the said Ruth WOOLLEY for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars to her, in hand paid unto the said Ruth WOOLLEY by Gilbert LAIN, the receipt whereof the said Ruth WOOLLEY doth hereby acknowledge and herself therewith to be fully satisfied, contented, and paid, have given, granted, bargained, and sold and by these presents doth grant, bargain and sell, convey and confirm to him, the said Gilbert LANE and to his heirs and assigns forever, all that tract or lot of land and premises herein after particularly described. JOLINE, collector of Taxes in the Township of Ocean, in the County of Monmouth and State of New Jersey, do hereby certify that at a public sale of lands, tenents, hereditaments, and real estate made at the Town Hall in said township on the 31st day of August in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety three to the purpose of making certain taxes on account of which said lands, tenements, herditaments and real estate were assessed in said township, in the year 1891 by virtue of a certain warrant issued y the Township Committee of said Township, bearing date the fourteenth day of July A.D. 1893. All that certain house and lot on the south side of Bath Avenue Long Branch, NJ. Bounded on the south by land of One HENDRICKS, on the west by Pearl Street, on the south by land of Mrs. M. J. CORLIES, on the north by the aforesaid Bath Avenue, assessed for taxes as the property of W. E. FLYNN'S estate, was struck off and sold to The Inhabitants of the Township of Ocean for the term of thirty years from the date of said sale, the said The Inhabitants of the Township of Ocean having bid and agreed to take the said lands and premises for the shortest term for which any person would take the same and pay the amount of tax, with the interest thereon, and all the costs, fees, charges, and expenses connected therewith. And I do further certify That the said The Inhabitants of the Township of Ocean has paid therefor the sum of Twenty five dollars and thirty cents which amount is made up of the tax on the said lands and premises, being the sum of seventeen dollars and fifty six cents, and of costs, fees, charges and expenses, as follows; to wit. FLINN This Indenture made the seventh day of June in the year of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred and ninety five Between The Inhabitants of the Township of Ocean in the County of Monmouth (body corporate) located in the said county of Monmouth and state of New Jersey, party of the first part and James B. FLINN, of the township of Ocean in the county of Monmouth and state of New Jersey party of the second part; Witness, That the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Thirty Two dollars and Sixty-Six Cents, lawful money of the United States of America to it in hand paid by the said party of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged; hath revised, released, and forever quit claimed and by these presents do revise, release, and forever quit claim unto the said party of the second part, and to his heirs and assign forever, all that certain tract of land and premises hereinafter particularly described situate lying and being in the township of Ocean in the county of Monmouth and state of New Jersey, at Long Branch City. Bounded on the south by land of one HENDRICKS; and the west by Pearl Street; on the east by lands of Mrs Mary J. CORLIES, and on the north by Bath Avenue, and being the property assessed for taxes in the 1891, as a part of the estate of W. E. FLINN. VOORHEES of Red Bank in the County of Monmouth and State of New Jersey, party of the Second Part. Witnesseth that the said party of the first part in consideration of Twelve Hundred and Fifty Dollars is them paid, do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to the party of the second part and her heirs: All that lot of land situated in the township of Ocean in the County of Monmouth and State of New Jersey at Long Branch city. Being on the south side of Bath Avenue and is bounded and described as follows: on the North by Bath Avenue, on the East by lands of Mary J. CORLIES, on the south by lands of John HENDRICKS and on the West by Pearl Street. Said tract of land being about Seventy-five feet wide and Two hundred and Eighty feet deep. With the appurtenances To have and To hold the same to the party of the second part, her heirs and assigns, to her and their use forever, and the said James B.
