This Indenture made this Twenty-fifth And Achsah VAUGHN __ | day of March in the year Eighteen Hundred and- To | five, Between Ann VAUGHN & Mary VAUGHN and William KIRBY | Achsah VAUGHN, widow and daughters of James | VAUGHN deceased of the township of Upper Freehold and County of Monmouth and Eastern Division of the State of New jersey of the one part, and William KIRBY of the same place afores'd of the other part. Witnefseth, that they the said Ann VAUGHN & Mary & Achsah VAUGHN for and in consideration of the sum of twelve Dollars per acre to them in hand paid by the aforesaid William KIRBY the receipt whereof is hearby acknowledged, & and themselves to be therewith fully and intierly satisfied contented and paid, have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do absolutely grant bargain and sell, release enfeeof convey and confirm unto him the said William KIRBY, his heirs and afsigns foreve all that tract of land situate lying and being in the Township and County aforesaid Beginning in Shrewsbury road whare Thomas LIMINGS west line crofseth s'd road opsit a ditch that partes the said LIMING & Wm KIRBY land on the south side of said road, and from thence along the middle of said road according to the present-pointing of the needle (1) south seventy three degrees west six chains and seventy three links. thence (2) south seventy six degrees west eleven chains and niny two links, thence (3) South Eighty-two degrees and fifty minutes west, eleven chains and twenty one links, thence (4) along the widow TAPSCUT's line, North ten degrees and ten minutes west, twenty six chains and seventy six Links to Thom's TAYLOR's line, thence (5) North seventy four degrees East twenty eight chains to Thomas LIMINGs line, thence along the same (5) south fourteen degrees and twenty-three minutes east, twenty eight chains and sixty links to the place of begining Containing after alowing out six acres and ninety hundreths of an acre to Peter BILYUE and one acer and twenty hundreths for the high way, seventy six acres & sixty two hundreths of an acer be the same more or lefs. The said Ann VAUGHN and daughters have title by bein widow & heirs of James VAUGHN decased, the s'd decased had title by heirship from his father John VAUGH, s'd John VAUGHN had title by a Deed of saile under the hand and seale of Jacob GIBBINS and dated Febuary 6th 1751 =AD Reference to the aforesaid deed and others being had will more fuly appear Together with all and singular the priveledgs heredittarements and appurtnances whatsoever to the same belonging or in any maner of wise appertaining, also all the estate right title intrust property claim and demand of them the s'd Ann VAUGHN & Mary & Achsah VAUGHN of in or unto the premises & ever part and parcel thereof To have and to hold the aforesaid tract of land and granted premises, with every o the appurtnances thereunto belonging (excpting and reserving out of the same the six acres and ninety hundreths of an acre sold to Peter Bylue) unto the said William KIRBY his heirs and afsigns forever to me only sole use benefit and behoofs of the said William KIRBY his heirs and afsigns forever, and the said Ann VAUGHN & Mary VAUGHN & Achsah VAUGH for themselves there heirs executors and administrators and every of them doth covenant and agree to and with the said William KIRBY his heirs and afsigns that at the time of ensealing and delivery of these presents that they had in themselves good right and lawfull athorety to grant bargain and sell the same, and the same and every part and parsel thereof (excepting what is above excepted) in the quiet and peaceable pofsefsion of him the s'd William KIRBY his heirs and afsigns forever, they the said Ann VAUGHN & Mary VAUGHN & Achsah VAUGHN shall and will warent & forever defend from all persons claimin from by or under them In witnefs whareof the parties to these presents have hereunto set there hands and seals the day and year first writen.
