Bed Bank Coast Fortifications.
Coast Fortifications. 
The Bed Bank (Mon. Co.) Standard says the tents of a surveying party of the United
States have this week been pitched in a field in Division street, Red Rank. We learn
they are noticing sites for fortifications along the coast.
