BEAN The subscribers, Heirs of James M. Bean, M.D., deceased will sell at Public Sale at the late residence of Rachel E. Bean, deceased, near the Railroad Station in New Egypt, N.J. on Saturday Dec. 11th 1909 at 1 o'clock p.m., all the following named properties. No. 1. Being the farm known as the Benj. A. Morton farm located on the road from Archertown to Colliers Mills now occupied by B.A. Morton, Jr., containing 301 acres more or less. No. 2. Being the farm known as the Burtis farm located on the road from New Egypt to Arneytown now occupied by George H. Potter containing 154 and 10-100 acres more or less. No. 3. Being the farm known as the Hacket place located on the road from Hornerstown to Manchester about one mile from Colliers Mills, now occupied by Harvey Foster, containing 30 and 5-100 acres more or less. No. 4. Being the house and lots of land located on the road from Jacobstown to Chesterfield 1 mile from the former place containing 6 and 15-100 acres more or less, now occupied by Axel Holmlund. No. 5. Being the house and lot of land containing 7 and 48-100 acres more or less located on the road from Jacobstown to New Egypt 1 mile from the former place at the Junction with the Monmouth road known as the "Hotel" now occupied by William Stout. No. 6. A track of Cranberry Bog and pine land located on the road from Brindle Park to Hanover containing 45 and 18-100 acres more or less. No. 7. A track of Cranberry Bog and pine land located on the road from Pointville to Cookstown containing 30 and 58-100 acres more or less.
