Lamb, deceased, of Cookstown, and it is a lengthy document that disposes of a large estate. Morris E. Lamb, son, of New Egypt, and Maria W. Lamb, daughter, are the trustee-executors. To Morris E. Lamb the testator bequeathes an interest in a double dwelling house on Maple avenue, New Egypt; all building materials wherever located, all real estate deeded by Oscar F. Horner as executor of Charles E. Woodward, one- fifth interest in Cranberry Park cranberry bog, all rye and straw at testator's home premises, five shares New Egypt National Bank stock and all claims held by the testator against Morris E. Lamb, with the understanding that the latter cancel all his claims against the estate. To Maria W. Lamb, three mortgages, all testator's stock in Farmer's Telephone Company, property in New Egypt conveyed to testator by Sarah and Benjamin P. Bussom, nearly all the household goods, and $1,000 in consideration of which she is to make no claim against the estate for services rendered. To Frank E. Lamb, son, of Philadelphia, $3,000. To Charles L. Schneiber, grandson, the Hartshorn farm conveyed to the testator by the estate of Anthony Bullock, thirteen shares of New Egypt Bank stock. Morris E., and Maria W. Lamb are to act as trustees until Schneiber becomes twenty-one years of age and they are empowered to sell the Hartshorn farm if considered advisable for the benefit of this grandson. To Kate L. Schneiber, daughter, interest on $4,000, to be paid yearly. Should she die the income is to be paid to her children until they become twenty-one years of age, when they are to have the principal. In case the children die first the principal is to be paid to the surviving children of the testator in equal shares at the daughter's death. There is also a special bequest of $200 to Mrs. Schneiber. To Elizabeth J., Mildred E., Marion S., and Edna M. Lamb, and Charles Schneiber, grandchildren, $200 each for educational purposes to be paid out at the discretion of the trustee-executors. To Catherine Disborough, wife's sister, $100. To Charles L. Schneiber and Morris E. Lamb, cedar swamp at Shoal Branch. For maintenance of burial lot at Jacobstown, the income from $200. The income of the testator's New Egypt Water Company stock is directed to be made a perpetual trust for the support of the gospel at Jacobstown Baptist church. The proceeds from all vendue notes are to be divided among the testator's three children and Charles L. Schneiber, grandson, and they are also to have the proceeds from the sale of the homestead, known as the Challender farm. The residue of the estate is bequeathed to the children and Charles L.
