Directly across South Bridge St., is the site of the older cemetary which consists of gravesites dating back to the earliest days of Somerset County. This portion of the cemetary is walled (non-accessible to the general public), but it extends south to Rte 206 S for several miles. The access to this portion of the cemetary off of Rte 206, is accesssible to the general population. The entrance into the Cemetary proper (newer portion) is a road which circles around the Cemetary office. The lanes winding about the cemetary are all named; unfortunately, the diagram provided to me does not list the names of the lanes that are printed on street poles placed in the cemetary. Left side of cemetary proper, leading into the office building, and abutting South Bridge Street. 1. SAMPSON Lucille Charles H 1917 - 1916 - 1996 2.
