New-Jersey Journal May 24, 1786
Notice is hereby given,
To the CREDITORS of Thomas Wells, Matthias Sharp, and Richard Tunison, 
insolvent Debtors now confined in the goal of the county of Somerset, and 
state of New-Jersey, that they be, and appear before two of the Judges of the 
Inferior Court of Common Pleas of said county, on Monday the 29th day of May 
next, at the house of Henry Worley, at Ten of the Clock on said day, to show 
cause, if any they have, why assignments of said Debtors Estates should not be 
made, and they discharged from their confinements agreeable to the directions 
of the law.
