Morton Surrogate, filed Dec 21, 1852 by C Morton, Surrogate. In the Name of God Amen. I William Albro of the Township of Warren in the County of Somerset and State of New Jersey being of sound Mind and Memmory and understanding for wich blessing I than God for and Reflecting upon the in certainty time and the certainty of Death and Knowing that it is appointed unto all Men to die I do make and Publish and declare this My Last will and Testatment that is To Say first of all I give and Recommend My Soul in the hand of Almighty God who gave it and My Body I Recommend to the Earth to be Buried in Decent and Christian burial at the Descretion of My Executors and as Touching My Worldly Estate I give and Demise and Dispose of the same in the following Manner and form first it is My will and I do order that all My Just debts and funeral Expenses be Duely Paid and Satisfied as soon as conveniently can be after My Decease. First I give and bequeath unto Caroline Albro & My Loving Wife the use of all My estate Both Real and Personal for her Support all My furniture and Moveable affects to have the use of all for her Support During her Natural Life I do hereby appoint My wife Guardian for My two Grandchildren John Kelley and Caroline Jane Kelley who I trust will Look after there welfare and at the Decease of My wife my will is to give to My two Grandchildren John Kelley and Caroline Jane Kelley out of My Estate Each twenty five Dollars a Peace if My wife should Die before My two Grandchildren arrives at the age of twenty one years the in that case the Legacy to be put at use for them until they arrive to the age of twenty one years and at the Decease of My wife then My will is that My four Daughters have all the reste of My Estate Both Real and Personal viz. My Daughter Abigail and Marion and Margaret and Luisa Albro to be Eaqueally Divided between them to share and share and share alike My will is after the Decease of My wife that My Real Estate be solde according to Law that a More Eaqueal Division in Eaqueal Shares to share and share alike and to there heirs and assigns for ever Lastly I hereby appoint My loving wife Caroline Albro My sonin Law Stele Gile Executors of this My last will and testatment in witnwess whereof I have hereunto Se My hand and Seal this twenty third Day of November the Year of our Lord one thousand and eight hundred and fifty two Signed Sealed Publish and Declare By the said William Albrow to be his Last will and testament in the Presents of us [signed} William M Albro [he signature is very shakey and hardly readable] [signed] David Coon Peter Wooden Silas Wilcox.
