Warner performed an inventory on estate of Jeffrey Wainwright, of Gloucester Co., shoemake, 23 May 1689. p. 492: Henry Tredway, R. Bull and John Ladd performed an inventory, 20 Feb 1713-4, on personal estate of William Warner, of Gloucester Co.; will date 10 Dec 1710, proved 16 Jun 1714. (Lib. 1, p. 456). p. 493: Henry Treadway of Redd Bank, and Thomas Gardiner of Groveley, Glocester Co. are listed as fellowbondsmen, dated 2 Jun 1690, for Cornelius Empson of Newcastle Co., Penna., administrator who posted bond as such, for estate of Christopher Watkin, Watkins, of the Lower Hook, Gloucester Co.; entry date 6 May 1690. Cornelius Empson is listed as a brother-in-law of the deceased. p. 518: Henry Tredway is listed as a land owner adjoining land of Thomas Gardiner and John Wood, the latter being the will abstract listed; will date 18 Mar 1705-6, proved 9 Apr 1707. The entry reads: "Three hundred and fifty acres on Delaware River, along South side of Woodbury Creek, adjoining Henry Tredway and Thomas Gardiner. Whereas John Treadaway, of Deptford Twsp., said Co., yeoman, died intestate, and left only one child, named, Kezia, of about 10 years; and whereas Sarah Treadaway, mother of said infant, being since deceased also, so that the Guardianship rests on me, Joshua Mills, of New Hanover Township, in Burlington Co., sayer; I renounce, and leave it unto Joshua Lord and John Wilkins, of Deptford Twsp. 1762, July 5.
