Here is the Sandyston Cemetery tombstone inscriptions as published in
the New Jersey Herald newspaper dated 16 Oct 1919.  It was part of a
plea to the public for preservation of the cemetery.  The article says
the
cemetery is near Hainesburg.  The newspaper alphabetized the listing
so tombstone proximity indicators has been lost.  The comments in ( )
are probably from the newpaper.  My comments appear in [ ].  I have
substituted a question mark ? for each digit I could not read from copy.

     Cortright.  Born May 24, 1764, died Oct. 28, 1848.
Benjamin Depue, died June 1, 1840, aged 83 years, 5 months and 17 days;
     Osee, his wife, died Apr 2, 1831 aged 72 years, 1 month and 27
days.
Randall Depue died Mar 8, 1878, aged 80 years, 5 months and 14 days.
Samuel Depue died May 25, 1845, aged 55 years, 3 months and 10 days.

Ephraim Shay died Jun 18, 1857 aged 70 years, 4 months and 7 days; Ann,
