Garwood-Funeral Services for William Clarkson, 47, husband of Mrs. Frances 
Clarkson of 78 North Ave., E., will be held at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow in the Dooley 
Funeral Home, Cranford. The Rev. I. C. Wise, minister of the Garwood Presbyterian 
Church, will officiate. Interment will be in Rosedale Memorial Park in Linden. 
Mr. Clarkson died Tuesday in Muhlenberg Hospital, Plainfield, after a long 
illness. Born in Scotland, he had lived in Garwood 12 years. He was employed by 
the Cooper Alloy Foundry Corp., Hillside. 
Surviving besides his widow are two daughters, Mrs. Margaret Walters of Westfield, 
and Mrs. Helen Spaight of Rosewell Park: and a sister, Mrs. Margaret F. Uggle of 
Glasgow, Scotland.
